AvailabilityGuard 7.3 Business Service Import from CMDB

The Automatic Import of Business Entities document describes how AvailabilityGuard can connect to an external repository periodically to obtain up to date mapping of hosts to business services and applications automatically without the need to manually define and maintain the configuration.

Once imported, uses can view the state of downtime and data risks at the business level in the dashboard. Furthermore, it is possible to review tickets and run reports for one or more business entities.
